Brooks is originally from the college town of Claremont in Southern California. He graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. He has lived and worked in Cooke City, Montana, Hood River, Oregon and Cardiff by the Sea in San Diego. He now resides in beautiful Lausanne, Switzerland with his wife and cat.
